Brasslux Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom Orders: Lead time may take up to 2–3 weeks during high-demand periods.
  • In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Brasslux offers free express shipping through DHL Express or FedEx Express for all orders:

  • Express Shipping: FREE worldwide via DHL Express or FedEx Express
  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping options are also available

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA: 3–5 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 4–8 business days

Note: Shipping times may vary due to customs processing delays, which are beyond our control.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours after dispatch.
  • You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Shipments

  • In the rare event that your shipment is lost or missing, please contact Brasslux immediately so we can assist in locating your order or arranging a replacement.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues.
  • Brasslux is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned within this 90-day period, in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging/box.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
