Refund Process:

  1. Return & Inspection – Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  2. Refund Approval – If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  3. Processing Time – Refunds for credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • If the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition upon return.
  • If the refund request is initiated after 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
